TUITAZO
In just a few days it will be the first anniversary of the return of the Cuban Five and the historic announcements of Presidents Obama and Raul Castro. Starting on December 4, the International Committee for Peace, Justice and Dignity launched a series of tweets and web site posts to commemorate the one-year anniversary of that day. As we approach December 17th, we call to the people around the world to join in an INTERNATIONAL TUITAZO.
Let’s make December 17 the day of an INTERNATIONAL TUITAZO, a twitter storm, against the U.S. blockade.
We have created a timeline called “One Year Later” which highlights important dates around December 17 with links to text and articles that you can use to create your own tweets. Many of these articles and documents make it clear that the struggle is far from over.
Let us use the Tuitazo to not only celebrate the return of the final members of the Cuban Five but also to counter all the mainstream media lies about Cuba.
