Five members of the Minnesota Cuba Committee will talk about their recent
trips to Cuba, all of which took place under the new, more relaxed, travel
regulations that became effective January 16.

Professor Gary Prevost escorted a group of St. John’s University students

Franklin Curbelo, Marcy Shapiro and Carla Riehle traveled on a
people-to-people license under the auspices of the Minnesota Cuba Committee

Camila Valenzuela was part of a Peoplesworld.org delegation
We will also gather input on the possibility of organizing a Twin Cities
based trip to Cuba. How many people want to go? How much do you want to
spend? How long would you like to be in Cuba? What do you want to see?
