CLARIFYING NOTES
– In case the client wishes to have dinner at the hotel, this would require an extra payment to the Agency as follows:
- Hotel Nacional = 17.00 CUC
- Hotel Riviera = 12.00 CUC
- Hotel Vedado = 11.00 CUC
– We ready to book additional accommodation nights, pre and post event
– Prices are net per person, non-commissionable for Travel Agencies
– Your registration should be submitted to AMISTUR CUBA S.A. Travel Agency and the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the Peoples, thru the emails: amistur@amistur.cu & presidencia@icap.cu with following details: Name and Family names; Passport Number; Flight details (arrival, departure, and flight number); hotel of your choice
– Accreditation fees: 20.00 CUC
– Participants will have a choice of optional excursions, during their free time, at special prices; these can be booked in your registration request and/or paid for upon arrival in Havana
– All travelers, foreign and Cubans living abroad, must have a travel insurance policy to enter Cuba, covering for medical expenses, and issued by insurance agencies recognized in Cuba; or they may request their policy to AMISTUR CUBA S.A. Travel Agency
